Help with shifter.
I'm a new corvette owner. I have a 6 speed transmission and would like to change the shift ****. What thread size is my C4 and is the C5 and C6 shifters the same? I've been through posts of shift ***** but most of them are for the newer vettes. Any help is appreciated.

if i aint mistaken (which i may be)...but i think you pop the top off the shifter...the part that has the numbers on it...there is as pin in there you have to pull out...it should be very easy to do now since the tranny was replaced a few months back....pull that pin out....stick your new **** on and putthe pin back in...if i'm right
