I don't keep a close eye on the market, but that estimate is what I paid for my polo green, black interior, sawblades, 2 owner LT4 coupe with 48K back in '03. Mine has no (or few) options and needed tires.
Hopefully this other one fetches something close...

KBB has is listed around 16k in good, I am trying to get it cheap, there was another one out here with 11K on it that listed at 17.5 which is about right for excellant at KBB. They know I have a 95, they also don't drive the car, so I am hoping for a deal. I am also playing the I don't know if I realy want it angle, and thats is just another used Chevy angle.

My guess is it's a 8 speed autmatic with a flux capacitor.
Honestly, I'd say $15K unless it is absolutely mint. There are some steals on good clean cars right now.
