try taking the switch out and disconnect it.,....clean the connectors good with emory cloth. might even want to spray some electrical cleaner stuff in the switch itself.
My drivers side window quit and i took the switch out cleaned the connectros and it caem back to life. eventaully i had to replace the switch anyway cause it was going on the fritz slowly but surely...but that one little switch costs like 150.00 so try everything you can before you buy anew one.
More than likely the motor is no good and frozen. Mine just quit and I put external power to it and diagnosed a bad motor. I took my door apart and went 90% of the way but could not release the motor and did not have the large rivets and was not aware at that time that I could have used screws. In the end I had the dealer replace the motor and finish the door.
I asked how did they released the motor and they said they used 2 scientific methods. One was to put power to the motor to open the window and hit the motor with a hammer to release the jammed bearings. The second was to unbolt the motor in the door to release the window modulator gears. It is a not fun, real pain in the neck job.
