Congrats!!

Save that Beany!! Don't let them take it back.

The Bins in the back make a Good Anchor for a Child seat. You have to pop the glass to get them in and out, but their little seat is facing backwards any way, so it works out great.

Try to put some dark tint over the area where the baby sits as the sun is too hot on warm days through that large back window ofcourseiamjoking

Is that really a good idea for a rear collision???

Back to topic congrats man. I will be in your same position in about 2 years. Got to get out and get settled back home but right after that here come the little ones.

Congrats..

[QUOTE=jrzyvet;1559179755]I can't wait. I plan on handing him the keys to my 85, hell by that time perhaps the car will have some classic value to it. I could really care less, but many would it be cool to be 17 and drive a 40 year old car.

That is my plan as well. My son is almost 4 and loves riding in the '88.

It's surely a great feeling. My daughter just turned 33 last month and my son will be 36 in May. Welcome to fatherhood.

Congats BTW! I considered parenthood just about as long as I considered the priesthood - a little under two minutes. But that's me. Just about everyone I know wouldn't trade there kids for the world. And it seems the ones who waited the longest, are the most vocal about that. Again, congratulations...

Congratulations on your new addition! Our first baby was born last Halloween, so I know exactly what's in store. I think all hospitals must buy their baby hats from the same supplier, because we have a picture of our little guy in the same outfit. We haven't gone for a ride together in the 89, but I sat him in the passenger seat last week in the garage. He was able to keep upright by leaning against the side supports. Soon the passenger seat won't be where he'll want to sit...

Congratulations, here's a little tip from one dad to another. On your son's birthday buy your wife a little present every year.
