Well I finally got to install my aluminum valve covers they look great as soon as I figure out how to post pics I will danm you guys are ruthless ,I have before the new covers and will soon have after pics as well but seriosly guys Im not very computer literate , so right now Im still trying to figure out how to get the pics from the computer to the forum, plus I cant find the camera (this is the reason I havent gotten pics yet)

For the past 8 years I've used "der stuff" products exclusively for my cars interior, extreior, hoses, belts, tires, windows, etc. http://www.der-realstuff.com/StoreFront.bok
My son-in-law introduced me to it. He had used it on his show cars, award winning Harley for polishing mirrors, windows, granite counter tops and about anything else you want to shine and resist water spots.
I know many Vette owners have their own favorite brands, but I'm lazy and these products are the easiest to use I've ever seen. Once I get a couple coats of the Super Gloss polish applied, all I need for the next 6 to 8 months is touch ups with "der mist stuff" when I want a deep shine for a show.
When I got my '89 it took me less than 3 hours to get the exterior treated using clay bar, der tuff stuff &, 2 coats of Super gloss...all without a buffer and breaking a sweat. Here's a picture of what it looked like when I finished
