Interior Question
On a 92 C4 with the factory red carpets, red leather seats and red door panels, what color is the armrest portion on the doors supposed to be? Red or Black?
Trying to get my interior back to origional factory condition.

Mine is a 91 Vert but I think we have the same red interior. I had the same question about the drivers arm rest. Drivers arm rest is balck and passenger arm rest is red. This is correct from the factory on a 91. I think it was suppose to give the feeling of being in a cockpit. We have that extra flare by the shifter.

I've seen this discussed before. The idea is to make the driver's side look like it's a cockpit. The black carries from the console, to the dash, to the driver's armrest. The passenger side is a different color... someone who's riding, not driving.

Well I be damned. You know I asked this question in a way not to appear too clueless. My armrests are exactly like that, but I was like, this can't be right! Someone screwed up and replaced a door panel and didn't match the colors.

Mix-matched armrests... I love it. The whole cockpit theme is so sweet. Im gonna feel bad for anybody riding passenger! C4's have so much soul, I love them to death and I havent even bought mine yet!?
