85 Vette name

I was behind a really slow Prius driver on a 2-lane road with no passing, his plate read "NO CO2" or something along those lines.
I finally got around him, gave him a good look at my "DIE HPPY" plates and dropped it into 2nd gear and chirped the tires and belched out a nice bit of smoke (leaking valve seals).
He probably thinks Corvette drivers are a-holes too.

Life is too short to drive an appliance. That aptly describes most cars on the road.

See personally, I think it's much more of a problem when posters like this hate other Corvette owners due to jealousy or whatever. Your little Honda driver isn't worth the bandwidth of this thread.

Why? Has he ever owned one? Ever driven one?
Keep in mind he doesn't like a car that goes back to 1953 and is currently in it's 6th generation of styling and enhancements.
A car that has changed drasticly in it's 54 years and just keeps on getting better.
A car that will turn heads almost everywhere it goes.
A car that is appealing to the eye, it looks "sexy", with it's curves and sharp nose.
For someone to say that they just don't like the Corvette in general tells me that the person saying just doesn't know Corvette enough.
OH and by the way, I don't wear a gold chain. I drive a 3/4 ton Chevy daily. And I'd have to agree with whomever said, "log chains" is more like OUR style. That would be me.

I don't know about you, but I don't think too many of us are wearing leisure suits strutting around Cranston, Johnston, or North Providence, RI with our gold chains. Maybe a few guys are still stuck in the 70s.
He wishes he had a masculine car like us instead of looking like Orville Redenbacher's grandson and driving home in his Jetta.
You should be proud to have any Vette and drive the best car out there.

There's no hate here (or jealosy or whatever).
