Ok, I am a new guy with a good working cross fire engine. My probblem is this, I have not been able to pass the emissons test. I have looked at the engine and found out that when the engine was rebuilt, all the emission connections wre not put back in place.There is a pipe that goes from one side to the orher and connects to the exhaust ports. How important is it?. Where can I look at a diagram?

I'm not to familiar with that year but that sounds like the air system? They are small tubes that go into the exhaust manifolds? That would only change the start up emissions, you can pass without that system.
