maintenance
i have a '92 vert with zf6 and 23k on the odo....bringing the car in to change out the bilstein's this weekend and probably the bushings.....just trying to get a list of stuff to do while its there for routine maintenance. I've been pretty bad with it over the years. I have changed the oil regularly, flushed the coolant and changed the zf fluid within the last 2 years...thats about it...What else should I do while its there. Is there a list that is out there? I tried doing a search but can't find what i'm looking for.
Thanks,
Gary

Have the rubber brake lines inspected or better yet just replace them. Have the wheel bearings checked for play (they should still be OK at your mileage though). Suck out the power steering fluid and replace with Valvoline Syntec and a couple of ounces of Lucas power steering stop leak. Inspect the valve cover and intake manifold gaskets for leakage and make sure there are no tell tale signs of the water pump leaking. Probably a good idea to do plugs and wires while you are in there.
Enjoy!
Oh yeah. Also a good idea to coat all weatherstripping with dialectric grease to keep them preserved.
