This is advise all e-bay users of a "cheat" company operating out of Arkansas.I ordered and paid w/postal money order,for a arm rest for a 84' on the 24th of April. They cashed the check,still no part. They won't give me the "tracking" number so I can at least try to find it.They say they don't give out "classified" info over the phone. These companies{and I use the word loosely},should be brought out in the open and exposed as the crooks they are.It's not E-bay's fault,it's buyer beware now a days.They operate out of Casscoe Ark.Just a warning for you guys and gals.......

Where you used a postal money order, I would think that the post office might be interested in this. They don't take kindly to their money orders being misused! They may be able to help you out.

File a complaint with the Post Office first. It's a federal offense to use the mail to commit fraud. It's also a federal offense if the fraud is committed over state lines. Post Office doesn't like people using their services to commit crimes.

I can't find it. Only thing there is from on Ebay about Casco, AR is a print of their city that's ironically sold in AZ. You need to contact Ebay and tell them your situation. They'll know everything there is to know about that blanker.
FWIW, I've never paid/bought anything on Ebay using a MO. PayPal is the only way to go and I've never had one single problem over 4 or 5 year's from buying stuff with them. You don't need a lawyer for this one. A baseball bat to the collarbone would do it.
What was his feedback % BTW?

Thanks but your post here will do little or nothing to correct the problem. "Buyer beware" is akin to telling a man in a gun fight to dodge the bullets.

from CASSCOE ARK,but he also has other company names. 
I have his phone no#,[1-870-2413297]and when I call,he curses at me,using very ugly words,says I'm a typical Corvette P_ _ sy,and I want something for nothing.He's pissed about E-Bay getting involved; I guess they have read up on the complaints where he has screwed other buyers.These people usually get what they deserve,what goes around I believe comes around.He had a 98 feedback,but 5 complaints exactly like mine.He says over and over that he shipped it,but yet won't provide the Tracking NO#? I told him I was going to put this on the Corvette Forum;he naturally replied "F_ _k the Corvette F_ _ kum and all its members.Well maybe he will try,one by one. Thanks for all the feedback....You guys and gals are the best.....

Is this him? If so, he does seem sort of fishy the way he does transactions but given the benefit of the doubt, he's been an Ebay member/seller since 2002. He has a 97.9% feedback with a total of 465feedbacks that only 9 are negative. Maybe he did send it and there's a mix up in the mail? Then again this is day 18 and you haven't received it yet. FWIW, I had never even heard of Cassco before. It's not even listed in my map but I found it on the net. He lives just under one hour and a half from my house. Good luck.

so I will stay on his case every day with phone calls,until I get my tracking number.I am going to UPS on Monday,and they will backtrack to see if anything went out from him on that day to my address. Its CASSCOE Ark.,and all I know is that is the address he gave me,and he did send me a receipt of payment,so I know he has my address and phone no#. thanks for the input,all of you.

He's operating under "vetteseverywhere". Like I said this is a warning for you guys to keep aware of some of these E-bayers. I have bought several items thru E-bay and not had any problem,and got some smokin deals too. If you read his history,there are other buyers who have had the same problem with his service,but yet many who have had good service.I get good service from Eckler's;yet my friend won't buy there again.It happens,but I still say he is a liar because HE WON'T GIVE ME THE TRACKING NUMBER; he can do that by e-mail,phone call,reg.mail,but he WON"T;so now its one of two reasons: Either he never shipped it or he sold it to someone else and does not have another;Either case HE'S STILL A LIAR.....Thanks for reading this..I read every post on here,everyday,sometimes I can help,sometimes I can't;but I still consider these guys to be the most knowledgeable I have met....
