should be able to find a wheel repair place to make them like new. I know of a metal resto shop in Mass, but it's way down in the western corner toward RI, and they do all kinds of plating and making of metal parts (usually chrome bumpers, spears, etc.)

I had a local body shop repair some rims for me. They build custom hearses. They did great work and the prices were reasonable. So I advise trying a local mom and pop body shop and see what they can do.
