FX3 question

im assuming the previous owner removed the bulbs from the check engine and selective ride control. if they did, would i get a code using a scanner if theres a problem?

Does the Service Ride Control light come on when you start the car? if it does not, the bulb is burned out or has been removed. Either way you need to replace it. You need the bulb to service it, even with a tech 2.
