An educated guess...
Here is an answer I extrapolated using the Corvette Black Book numbers:
1993 Coupe total production: 15898
Black Rose paint (RPO 73U): 935 (5.9%)
Dual Removable Roof Panels (RPO C2L): 4204 (26.4%)
Selective Ride/Handling (RPO FX3): 5740 (36.1%)
Performance Axle Ratio (RPO G92): 2630 (16.5%)
Of the 935 Black Rose, if 26.4% had dual roof panels, we would be down to approx. 247. If 36.1% had FX3, we would now be down to 89. If 16.5% had performance axle, we would be left with the extrapolated answer of 15 Corvettes in 1993 being equipped this way. Probably not exactly right, but looks like the combo is pretty rare!
