Default running rough when started

I have a 93 LT1, it starts just fine, but it requires about 3-4 minutes of warm-up, otherwise it spits and sputters for several blocks, will a tune-up fix this? My vette has about 60k miles and always garage kept. I bought it about a year ago and do not know it's mantenance past.

the "service engine soon" light has been on for awhile. After it "warms-up" it performs fine.....

start by getting the codes before blindly throwing parts at it.

okay, I ran the codes...

when I placed the short in A B pins I got

12, 12, 12, 15,15,12,12,12

when I placed the short in A and H

I got...

1. c12
4. H15
9. ---
1.0 nothing, no code or dashes

Just a note, I have unhooked the first to fourth soleniod on my 6 speed tranny, just in case that has anything to do with that code. I noticed where it said 4 was for the PCM module.

So, can you tell me what it is saying....and can I do something to get the SES to reset on the dic?

code 15 - Coolant Sensor Circuit (Low) - Check wiring, connectors, thermostat. Monitor actual engine temperature. If within limits, and wiring/connector is OK, change thermostat and/or sensor.
