i dont know if you guys know Staten island ny but i figure you have areas where there is bad streets. Well i noticed that my hood by the latches is rattling. How much play do you all have if you push down on the hood where the latches are. should there be no movement?

If you push down or lift up on the hood from beside the car (parked), does the hood move up or down? There are adjustment pads for the hood latch points. Be very careful making adjustments use very small changes, because the latches can become stuck and it is very difficult ($$$) to get it open.

NYC highways and roads put a lot of abuse on a car. I run a couple of trucks down there. The only place I can go where they don't fill pot holes they put a big metal plate down. I'm surprised its not more than just the hood rattlin.
