Default Old age crisis?

Whatever possessed me to buy a Corvette at 67 years old? Never wanted one since I was a teenager and after joining this forum about 5 months ago I just bought one from a forum member. I love this car, so I think I made a good choice in my twilight years.

I for one am glad that you are on board with this group.
Yes, it is a car to be loved and I hope that you'll find many hours
of enjoyment in the one you bought.
NOW FOR THE BAD NEWS, since this is your first, you'll always have the fever to own one..............
Great, isn't it?
cc

Congrats on your purchase by the way.

Take care.

Dude, you got in the fever so young, you're screwed when you turn 40.

Oh, wait, I got it. When you turn 40, you wind up buying a brand new
Z06, or BlueDevil, or SS, or whatever the latest HOTROD Corvette GM will make by then.

Cheers!

Your never too young or old to get one of these cars. Just don't wait too long. It is a car to be enjoyed. There is someone here that includes in their posts...."Life is not measured by the breaths that you take, but by the moments that take your breath away." This car can do this.... ENJOY

You're never too old to own or purchase a Corvette. You definitely made the right decision to get one and if anyone ribs you about it, simply tell them that you wanted to get one before you turned 40.

Default Old age crisis ?

What?, There is no such thing. I bought my first and only Vette three years ago at 67 years old. So, Life goes on and is great. Drive it and love it as I do. By the way, When I take my silver haired brother of 87 years out for breakfast in the Vette he loves it almost as much as I do. Enjoy every day until you die, and that means owning a Vette. Allentown Ernie.

Yeah --- think of it more as a "new dawn."

I was a mere youngster of 52 when I got my first Vette - it will not be my last. At 67 (2019), I expect to be enjoying my 3rd Vette -- a 2008 C6 with the 435 HP LS5 (and a few bolt-ons so I can claim 450 ) Silver with red guts, I hope -- I am so sick of having a black car as a DD.
