Bad O2 sensor

Default Bad O2 sensor
Help, please! Any one have ideas why my LT4 is eating up one O2 sensor? I have had to replace the same one 4 times in the past 2 years - the last two this summer. It comes out covered with black soot-like material. Black smoke comes out the exhaust pipe on that side as well. Thanks for any ideas!

Sounds like you might be running to rich of fuel mixture on that bank of the engine. Injector problem maybe? Any codes?

Either too much fuel (leaky injectors), oil, or the wiring at the O2 or PCM.
