Where'd ya get them and how much? I need some also. I'll have the 315 on by the end of the week. I've heard that people use double sided tape. I thought it would come with the flares.
Thanks

Some people use 3M doublesided tape, and some people rivet them on. I know that Hutch has the full Grandsport story if you wanna know the truth behind their's. :yesnod:
Mine are held on by two sided 3M tape, not to excited about drilling holes in the fenders. Someone else said to wait and see what it looks like without. It does look pretty good without, it also looks sweet with them.:)

Actually, I don't have them yet. I'm ordering wheels and tires within the week and am trying to get my ducks in a row.
The factory intended the rear fender flares on the 1996 GS coupes to be taped and screwed to the fenders. I run 315/35ZR17 Pirelli P7000 tires on all four Black GS 17x11" wheels. I am not sure what offsets my wheels have, but the tires show about 1/4" beyond the fenders, and get lots of compliments. I haven't hydroplaned yet, but I take it slow when it rains. The rear tires may rub on about 1/2" of the black plastic inner shields, but will clear the mufflers. :)

Gottcha. What wheels/tires? See mine in post. Got any prices on the flares? I was hoping to find them for about $150.

I'm looking at getting ZR1 style with GS offsets through AFS. They will come with Dunlops mounted on them. I'm thinking hard about getting the white finish. I really like the "Last C4" look.
I don't have a price on the flares yet, but your figure is about what I'm expecting.
I bolted mine on with 5 screws on each flare. I have the GS offset and they stick out about 1/4 inch. I have no rubbing on the inside. I also lowered the rear end about an inch.

I too was looking at white rims on my 95, but I checked with AFS and they no longer offer the white rims and they can't be special ordered.
:(
I'm going to either get the C5 wide 5 spoke or the GS style rims and either have them powder coated or painted white.
GS/50 offset, 315-35-17 rears. Figure the final effect would be like the GS but with better tires. I was going to put together an order with 18carfan anyway so I'll get it all together:
- '96 wiper blades
- Fender flares
- Z06 Front calipers
- Drilled/grooved C5 Front rotors
- Front speaker grills
Did I miss anything?
