Default 95 AC blows incorrectly

Got a 1995 corvette without climate control (regular slide). When the AC is on the air only blows through the windshield and foot vents. Can't get it too work through the normal face vents. Any solutions?

If it's blowing thru those vents it's in the default position. You might check under the pass/side fuel rail cover. There is a vacumn connector there that is known to deteriorate with time. Other than that don't know anything about the manual system.

There is a vacuum line under the hood that might be cracked and leaking. If not, there then there are more troublesome and labor intensive possible defects. There are other threads on this topic by people who are more knowledable than I.

Your problem is more than likely (the below pic) vacuum valve under the fuel rail. It's a common problem. Also small cracks in the rubber hoses too.
This is my wild a$$ guess. Love to here from others too....
