I'll get in the group for a catback LT-1 system for my 92!
Many thanks 85 500 for all of your legwork!

In response to my own question above, I went back and read all the posts for this thread. It looks like the following people want to purchase, or at the very least, are interested in purchasing a Corsa. Remember, you're not signing a contract or locking yourself into a purchase. Tom (vendor) only needs to know hom many people are interested in this group purchase so some Corsa bean counter can give us a good deal. If you need the whole catback or only mufflers, add your name to this list. I've got the following people on this list:

1) 85 500 horse
2) CuisinartVette
3) dclafleur
4) VetteUSA
5) FlFan
6) Rain Delay
7) Mr6spd
8) ccmano
9) Chris64

If I inadvertently omitted your name, I apologize. Simply write a one-liner post asking to be added to the list. If I posted your name above and you definitely know that you do not want a Corsa setup, please write a one-liner asking to be removed from the list.

Thanks all and I (we) hope that Tom can get this accomplished. You listening Tom?

Some people here have thanked me for doing the legwork to get this going. You're welcome. I hope it hasn't been an exercise in futility.
85 500 horse, please remove me from the list. I'm not ready for a Corsa, at least not for a couple of years.

Tom:

I appreciate you working on this for us. I know that Corsa saddled you with the responsibility to try to make this happen. I know that beating LMPerformance's $735 with free shipping price for the L98 will be difficult, but not impossible to beat. I'm sure that I speak for the rest of us when I say, "Thanks for your effort and we hope you are successful and can come through for us."

Here is an updated list of those that are interested in a Corsa setup or only their mufflers. Remember, just because you're on this list doesn't mean you must purchase. It's only to get a feeling of how many people are interested.

1) 85 500 horse
2) CuisinartVette
3) dclafleur
4) wmupaprmkr
5) FlFan
6) Rain Delay
7) Mr6spd (wants 3" universals)
8) ccmano
9) Chris64
10) Old Motorhead
11) Pianoguy (possibly - if price is right)

Add me to the list (If the price is right) cat back system, possibly high flow converters.

Tom:

The list is growing. I'm sure there's something you could do to get us the best price around.

If there's a description beside your name, it's only because the person wants something other than the obvious. The type of system (L98, LT1, etc.) is unimportant (right now) for this deal to occur. It will matter when Tom gives us the price(s) for the different models.

1) 85 500 horse
2) CuisinartVette
3) dclafleur
4) wmupaprmkr
5) FlFan
6) Rain Delay
7) Mr6spd (wants 3" universals)
8) ccmano
9) Chris64
10) Old Motorhead
11) Pianoguy (possibly - if price is right)
13) Bugmanjack

I figured the wheels could fall off the wagon on your deal when a middle man started showing up. I hope I'm wrong.

85 500 horse: Thanks for the updated list! I'll see what info we received late this afternoon and post in here tomorrow.

redvette6spd: Actually, the "middle man" is actually the cheaper man to goto. Manufacturers usually don't discount their products at all. You might see that happen once in awhile but it's very rare. They focus on producing products and if they do sell something to a regular customer it's usually at full retail. Better deals are usually available through vendors.

There really isn't much money left in these systems but we're able to save you a little bit of money (anything helps ). For 10 or more orders we can provide you with the following pricing -

1986-91 C4 (L98) Twin Pro-Series 3.5 Tips #14115 - $689.99

1992 – 1995 LT1 with Satin Finish #14116 - $999.99
1990 – 1995 ZR-1 with Satin Finish #14117 - $999.99
1996 LT1 and LT4 with Satin Finish #14118 - $999.99

These prices don't include shipping. That can range from $18. - $48. for the L98 system (14115). The others would be between $32. and $85. depending on location.

I hate to rush you guys through this but.... I have to rush you guys though this Corsa is having a price increase on September 1st. Alot of exhausts will be going up by about 5-10%. That will add about $50. - $75. to the price of the L98, LT1, LT4 and ZR-1 systems. We will need to have all orders in by 4pm EST tomorrow. This will allow us to get everything ordered before the prices go up. You can place your orders online or by giving us a call at 1-877-482-9763. Just note the group purchase prices when you order.

Hope this helps!

I read where the Corsa mufflers only could be purchased.

If that is correct, I'm just curious what the price of the LT1 mufflers are?????

Satin finish is pretty much their stardard 304 Stainless finish. The pipes aren't high polished.

Corsa is currently working on universal mufflers for the Mustang. They will then be covering other vehicles after that.

Tom:

Could you please advise of the cost for mufflers only. Please list the prices for the differeent C4 models. When I initially spoke to the Corsa rep., he gave me a separate price for only the mufflers, but then directed me to you, so I don't believe there should be a problem offering mufflers only for sale.

Thx.

I'll take a look into this. We usually don't sell their mufflers seperate (they weren't offered in the past). The mufflers by themselves would be able to be counted towards the GP total.
