That must be one of them new "wireless" spark plugs.
I need to do valve seals also. I'm hoping the valve guides aren't shot. Thanks for the link. I have a hard time taking stuff apart without taking lots more stuff apart.
In the meantime, if you want to keep running while planning the seal job, get one of those "plug extenders" from a local parts store. They screw into the plug port and the plug screws into them. It gets the electrodes away from the oil and prevents or delays fouling. I never believed they were worth a hoot until I tried one in a GM V6 in my mini-van that dearly needs valve seals but is a pain to work on and it worked so well I forgot about replacing the seals. The van is a "spare" so as long as it's runnable, it's ok. The "extenders" are cheap, $1 or 2 and about any parts store will have them.

Being 16 your still in High School, time to walk down the hall and see the auto shop teacher. Odds are you can buy parts and he can do it for class project. Be sure to buy him new fender covers first so they doesn't scrach up car with his filthy ones. $1500, shoot I'll fly down and buy parts and tools and still make out like bandit. WAY TO MUCH!
