I thought I would share this. I have all my lights out for a repaint and they were looking dull so I decide to try and buff them out. I used meguiar's swirl removal polish (a light polishing compound) and a 3M foam pad on a buffer at low speed. the results were amazing they look new again and only took 15 mins. you can see the before and after
painting your car causes the domino affect. the paint looks so good your lights look bad (fixed that) then the weaterstrips look bad. ordered those. you can see where this is heading
Thanks for the tip. My front turn signal and driving lights are looking as bad if not worse than yours in the pics above. I will try this to restore their look.

my front driving lights are the worse, I did not do those yet, mine should be easy because my front bumper is off. all the rest of the lights would come out easy.
.........i had a female friend of mine that had "faded" lenses and teh dealer wanted to charge he over $200 for replacenebt.......so, i took some ZYMOL (sold at pep boys, advance, etc) and rubbed briskly on teh lenses and it cleaned it/them right up .......that is what i use....
We used Brasso. I used to use it on the plexi greenhouse above our seats in Scout helicopters while I was active duty. Goes from looking milky to water. Worked great on all our light lenses on our 93.
