I live in Nevada and drive in Cal,Utah and Arizona and never been pulled over for no front liscence plate. Asked a cop in Cal and he told me to get stopped for it the guy had to be a real A.

Most Corvettes look better with no front plate. But your correct about being an A** Hole. I had a 91 Black IROC and pulled the plate to repair something in the grill. Got stopped, on a Sunday, Fathers day, and my son in the car. Got a $75 ticket. Had the tag with me and could have put it on in two minutes. He was a A** with a capitol A

I live in NY and haven't had my front plate on for the last 2 years...no hassles so far 
(knocking wood!) BUT, it does give a cop a reason to pull you over!
