Rear Sun Shade Replacement

I can not get the old rear sun shade out to replace it. I have taken off the deck covers and it just slides back and forth 1/4 inch. Tried to insert a screw driver between the holder and sunshade but no luck. Do you need to remove all the foam that holds the wires for the rear latch and antenna?
Does anyone have instructions that will help.

i think ya had the right idea with the screwdriver placement. i put the 90 degree end of a wonder bar-nail puller behind there and compressed it that way. then it slid out of the notch it sits in. good luck!
