Help starting weird?????????

my car is starting weird i turn the key and it kinda chokes for like 2 to 3 seconds and than starts what do i have to replace in order for it to start right up

...it almost sounds like it is a timing issue (too far advanced?)....check the timing and if it has been a while, you might consider a full tune up before checking things like fuel pressuer, etc...
