For rusted bolts/nuts, phosphoric acid.It's the same stuff that they put in Coca-Cola,only industrial strengh.I have never tried Cola,but some old timers say it works.I have used phosphoric acid on frame bolts and it works quite well.You can buy it at almost any hardware store.
