The Blazer (S10 size) came with the 4.3 V6
The Tahoe (Full size) was available with the 5.7 Vortec V8
True and false!!! The Blazer, known as the S-10 Blazer until it was renamed in for MY 95 was not available with a V-6. The Tahoe model was a trim level on the S-10 blazer ending in MY 94 and S-10 pu ending MY 93. The full size Tahoe was introduced MY 95 and was not available with a vortec V-8 until MY 96

The S10 Blazer (small compact sport utility) was available with a V6. Millions of them on the road.
The full size blazer (later renamed Tahoe) had the V8 in it. I am not sure if the full size one could be had with a V6. I know the full size pickups had the V6 as standard equip. on most of them.
