my two cents, since you asked what people think. I find all that stuff tacky. You have the dummy light panel cover with the emblem, the center console cubby cover, the engine spec plate, and the floormats all with the Corvette emblem.
I suspect every single person that got in the car knew it was a Corvette before getting through the door. Why do you need to announce it in ten places?
That sort of stuff sort of makes me wonder. If Mid America or whoever sold a cassette tape you could pop in your car, and on the tape was just a voice yelling "it's a Corvette!" over and over, how many would they sell? My guess is maybe a lot.

How hard and how much time did it take to replace your pad with the flat plate? I have the part, but the instructions look like they were printed in Taiwan. They talk about cutting, etc. and I would like to avoid in the event the pad needs to go back in.
