what else do you drive?
I'm sure this thread comes up from time to time, but I was going through my stuff and decided to share some pics of my other toys:
- The obvious favorite is my '96 LT4. Completely stock with 60,000 mi.
- Then there's my '87 camaro, which I've been torturing for 12 years now, but still won't die at 163,000 mi.
- And rounding out the bunch is my '83 S10 4X4. I bought it from my dad a few years back, gave it a 350 swap and turned it into my daily driver (whenever I can't drive the corvette, rain, snow, etc.)
- Oh yeah, there's an '81 stepside parked in the shed in the 2nd pic, and it's a fun one; with a built 400 under the hood, 35" tires, and a healthy appetite for dead dinosaurs - but with an annual mileage of less than 1,000 I'd hardly say I drive it.
What other toys are out there?

2004 Cavalier
One of the best cars ever made (for a daily driver). Consistent 32mpg, reliable as the day is long, goes like a tank through the snow and muck, comfortable, plenty of power for rush hour traffic, and cheap (literally, I can buy two 04 Cavaliers for every 04 Civic you find).
Ain't much to look at or brag about, but still one of the best cars ever made.
Looks like this in the summer:
And this during the winter:
All that salt is why my Vette hibernates the winter away!

I'll never trash cavaliers. I've personally seen those cars go beyond 200,000 miles with only typical wear & tear parts needed. My sister had one of the DOHC Z24's (not sure what year) and I can honestly say I was impressed with it's performance.
And I agree about 'hibernating' the corvettes. I had to park mine in December, and I'm getting the itch already...

Safety Car
For daily use:
1991 Lincoln Town Car Executive - 102k, was off the road from 1992 to 2004 with a blown engine(75k miles from 91 to 92 and 20k without oil change...), body pristine(wheels need refinish though) and cloth interior perfect.
Own but my dad drives it, can't bring myself to sell it:
1997 SOHC 5sp 2dr Neon - 94k miles, bought in 02 as first car, had 62k miles, it was $400 and it needed a head gasket. No Options, have added a stereo and passenger mirror. Nothing ever breaks and it looks and drives like new.
The showpiece, before new emblems and fender finished the restoration:
1973 Honda ST90 K0 - 3500 miles, complete stock restore
The Vette:
1987 Corvette Convertible - 56k miles, AFS Black Chrome ZR1s, Magnaflow Mufflers, no precats and a Magnaflow Hi-Flow Cat.
I also have a 1983 V45 Magna but it is in pieces being fixed; paid $300(w/ clean title) because it needed cosmetics and a shift fork.

On the days I'm running late, I'll hope on the scooter.
For knocking around town, I use this. Mostly in the winter;
And, of course, for family excursions, We have the family truckster,
and oh, the other scooter for longer trips;
And this one is for my daughter, who's attending the local community college (need cheap transportation);
