Very few of us have above average cars, no matter how much we think we do, and in this table "good" condition is "above average". With that in mind, your 12k selling price would be right on. I know. . .my 88 has only 52k miles and has been a garage queen most of it's life, still, it would only be average in this context.
If you want to have some fun, go over to the C5 for sale section, there's a thread about C5 prices. Some of those guys don't realize, they're right on the edge of taking it in the shorts on their car price.
I bought my 87 for $7k. If it falls 50% in value, I lose $3.5k. Some of those guys paid $28k-$30k for their car. If they lose 30% in valuation, (which I think is likely in the next couple years), they lose $10k.
It seems to me that a bunch of C4 owners themselves on this forum are BENT on keeping values low on these cars. Notice how many smart a-s comments are made about their own Vettes and how they abuse them because they don't care. Maybe its time they sell their cars and move to a "ricer". Something that deserves being ripped on! Quit going on and on about values. It's getting REALLY OLD now!
According that export testimony (or list of prices that the Mag produced) I paid $4000 less for my 60k mile Garage Queen '84......and the lady had it listed for over 6 weeks. One guy came to look at it before I had.
Fourspeed, No list or "wishing" can put a value on a used car. Only what one guy will pay and another will agree to take.
When you figure out a way to change that simple "Free Market Truth" let me know, We'll go into businesses together and get richer than Bill Gates.

The original is where you get me. I have an aftermarket exhaust and non-stock wheels.
I have good condition seat covers with no rips or tears, but I am replacing them this spring. I hate those little crease marks that settle in with age. Paint is minty and was redone in 2005, there is not a single chip anywhere. Top and windshield replaced in 2003, all weatherstripping as well. Only issue is the header piece isn't great so that is being replaced. New wheels and tires in 2006, new stainless exhaust from stock shorties back in 2004. New GM dash plastics in 2007 for the cracks near the screw holes. Former owner(corvetteronw) spent a lot of cash working on this car. As well, there are receipts showing the maintenance from day 1. I have always replaced parts with GM or ACDelco.
That said, I still believe the prices they list are very optimistic. I would s*** my pants if I were selling and got 12k.

100% original typically includes paint, too. At least I would think so in the context of this table. No doubt, though, you have a very nice C4 there from your description and $12k is very reasonable. The only reason you wouldn't get that much is if you are in a hurry to sell or you are trying to sell here! A dealer would probably ask $15,900 and settle for $13,500 or higher. We C4 owners have to stop selling our cars short!
Problem is to many Corvette owners use Kelley Blue Book or Edmund's to get there price quote and usually give them away for less then what the selling price should be for a Corvette. Your not selling Caviler, but a Corvette. Use the price guides the people who know Corvettes and who enjoy the hobby use. Unless of course your in a hurry to unload your Corvette then take the hit and move on. I could of bought a pristine C5 this summer for $18,000. The car had every option with chromed wheels and was beautiful. The seller kept telling me I have got to get that new C6 I just test drove one. He was literally begging me to steal his C5. The dealer must of been greedy because they could of sold this car on the their for well over 20 Grand. IF I had the cash I could of made a quick $5 Grand by reselling it.
