Ls1 And T56

Ls1 And T56

ok so i no there has been post before about this stuff but i cant really find them and the ones i have found dont help me. Im thinking about buying a used ls1 and a t56 transmission. i have a 88 L98 with the 4+3 tranny. my question is with the ls1 fit with the t56 tranny. also if i drop the ls1 and t56 will i run into drive train problems and back end problems?

im new to the corvette world, but i do know that the LS1 and T56 will mate up together because i want to put this combo in my s-10. as far as the rest of your question, i cant help you there.
