Radio Issues

my radio does not turn on. the previos owner says that it is a wire that gets lose. the clock works so the unit is not dead. any ideas?

Ask the previous owner which wire.

Even if you fix the wire, it will sound shallow. Replace it. I did; best money I ever spent.

Gee Wizz, am I the only one on this forum that knows about the Audio section and the C4 FAQ that is sitting there waiting for people like this to ask it questions?
I do not blame to OP for not knowing, but what about the rest you guys? Everyone knows it is there, why not point the new people w/ questions there? Instead they get some half assed answers that in the end will kill this forum...

Come on people, we are supposed to be in this together...

I would suggest to get the FSM out and start testing wires with a vom and/or test light. You want know if it's an internal or wiring problem until some troubleshooting is done.
