Update.......

Well, I have been in constant personal contact with Iggees, letting them know that I did not have an issue with them, as they could only deliver to the address which was given to them, told them as soon as I got it all straightened out, that I would again pay in full for the seat covers if need be, and filed a dispute with paypal and then escalated to a claim on the advice of a couple of paypal agents I spoke to.
I have been waiting forever, and could go no further til this issue was settled, told them I was waiting for a decision from paypal on the claim, sent a letter directly to paypal about exactly what had occurred, and how I had ordered prior to and after and all had been delivered to my new address.
Paypal sent me a letter the other day saying that Iggees was found NOT at fault, which I already knew, then I came home a couple of days ago, had an email from UPS with a tracking number, again telling me that a delivery was going to take place for said seat covers.
I was like WTF???? So I immediately called Iggees, so I could find out what was going on. She said they are delivering another set, no charge to me, that paypal sent them the money, and when I told her that I was beyond excitement, we both had a good laugh, then realized that we both needed to get ahold of UPS and intercept the delivery, as UPS again had the old address on the order!
So I called, then she called, and the package is due to be delivered on the 7th of this month.
So for all you that gave me support, and hope that not all was lost, I thank you!
Will post pics of said seat covers once they are installed!
