Spoiler removal
I found a nice 1989 M6 vette near my house, but it has a wing/spoiler on the back. I hate spoilers on vettes, so I am wondering... how hard are they to remove? Will there be holes in the deck lid? Any other issues? Other than that it is a pretty decent looking car.

Yes, it will leave holes in the rear. You just have to have them filled and the rear clip repainted. Most of the cost would probably be in the paint; a few hundred bucks, depending on the place.

Id leave it and live with it. Yes there will be holes if you remove the spoiler. If somebody rear ends you at some point with the car I would have it pulled then as bodywork will need to be done. Or if you cant live with it just buy another vett.
