Default Strange Order

I ordered the replacement gauge cluster bulbs for my 89 from Mid America - The box came in with Bubble wrap, a catalog, some flyers and not one light bulb. I called them and they are shipping out another set. That was like the chocolate easter bunny we used to get as kids all nice on the outside and hollow on the inside!

Hmm...sounds like some ex girlfriends, though probably not as bright as your bulbs.

I also had a problem with them...

I ordered DIC cover and they sent me three, and on the order form, it clearly said I ordered one.

I called them and they sent me a shipping label and I sent them back at no cost to me...No big deal...

So they made it right for me and I'm sure they will for you too

Been there seen that with Both Midamerica and Ecklers. But normally its a broken part, or the wrong part. I have had a piece missing from a total order but confess I never had and empty box shipped with a catalog and no part before. I will add however they correct the problem normally straight away. Quality control and caa caa happens I guess as stated. And bulbs are pretty easy to lose in the box I guess

I had a large order placed with Corvette Central back in December - I got two sets of door sill covers and not one serpentine belt tensioner. I gave them a call, the lady answering the call started laughing - she told me that she just spoke with a customer who got two serpentine belt tensioners and no door sill covers.

She told me I was a lot nicer about the goof-up than the previous caller. It was taken care of immediately and they even threw in a C4 keychain as a gift for being cool about the whole thing.

Granted it's disappointing when the order isn't right but a good attitude about it on both ends ends up making it a less unpleasent experience. None of us are perfect so if somebody is willing to give me the benefit of the doubt, I'm willing to recipocate.

Stupid question, but are you sure they weren't wrapped in the little package of bubble wrap? I ordered bulbs from somewhere else and they were in a mini zip lock bag in the bubble wrap. Almost missed them myself.
