Technically, I imagine it would be considered illegal.
I bet it will come down to what kind of day the LEO is having and Agents attitude with the officer when/if you get pulled over. As long as the limo on the back window is legal in B.C. (it is here in Texas), then the officer might be more understanding of it being a safety issue.
In a situation like this though........it seems to always come down to attitude of both parties involved.
