It's not a long procedure and in hindsight could be called "easy", but one of the bolts is obstructed by the passenger side cat. The job didn't become easy until we figured out how to get to it. See my post above.
In the end though, if a guy is competent enough to jack up his car, he shouldn't worry about changing the starter.

No cat, so that should not be a problem. I hope the headers don't get in the way though.
