Wheel help

I have the stock wheels on my 88 and the guy before me acid bathed them. What should i do from here? How to make them shine or paint them?

Polishing will be a lot more expensive than painting or powder coating. You could chrome them, but that would probably not be cheap either. Good Luck :D
