been working on this project in my spare time for the last month..took everything from the intake manifold up...bought valve covers and sanded down all of the upper intake peices(tubes, plenum,tb) and put a high polish finish on them as well as the fuel rails; still working on alternator bracket(as you can see)...extremely time consuming but worth it in the end i hope...now i need to put it back together...here is a sneak peak of it
MODS SO FAR...
Valve Covers
Hose Kits
Taylor Wires
DUI Rotor and Cap
Fresh Spark Plugs
yea that site looks like they have a lot of info...i used to do this stuff for my job...sanded it all down so it was smooth...the get a grinding motor and some polishing wheels..then patience.
I outsorced the polishing because it's just way too much work to get a good shine doing it yourself. This is one of the few instances where I would rather gladly pay someone else to do it for me.
