1990 Tachometer Fixed
This post is a correction to a previous post. I have a 1990 and recently the tach quit functioning. I ordered a new tach filter from Corvette Central. Their catalog says it is for a 1990 and newer. When I received the filter the information said it was for a 1986 to 1989. I called Corvette Central tech support and they said it would work on the 1990. Anyway, it is installed and the tach works just fine. By the way, I mounted the new tach up high on the block so that if ti happens again, it will be easy to replace.

Sorry to dig up an older post, but I have the same problem. I don't know what the solution was other than it being a new tach filter. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
