1989 strange problem today. stalling

1989 strange problem today. stalling
To start it's 830am and my daily driver a 2k3 mustang has a flat, so I say ok it's to early to put on a donut F this, I take the vette.
1989 - 37800 miles - 6 speed
I start the car and it dies, usually when I start it i give it a little gas and it idles fine. I start it again the car seems to almost die at idle. I pull out and i'm coasting the car dies, a minute later at a red light car stalls. At this point I look at the volts there at 14 witch is normal i think, I drive to work get there i coast its fine I let it idle in the parking lot it runs normal. Now when I stalled when i started the car at first the lights definitly dimmed.
My question is does this just seem to be a low battery, since it runs normal now? I def have had issues in the past where I left a light on no strat I jump the car and it's fine.
