Another Antenna Problem
Checked the search but no one had this problem
Turn radio on antenna goes up for about 30 seconds then
retracts. Turn radio on again it does the same thing.
Anybody know what's going on?

C4 antennas & I 'm sure I saw something in it about trouble shooting and fixing the same exact problem you described.

about the power antenna. Now I have some work to do

Just what i thought. The antenna relay needs 12 volts to keep it up, as soon as the 12 volts is removed, the antenna goes down. Test you antenna wire from your deck. The link ZRWON posted is from my 86 manual. Hopefully the wiring stayed the same till 90.
