Default Left front marker light

I was doing a little cleaning and discovered my left marker light is out. Looks like the whole unit has to be removed to change it. That lens gets moisture in it when it rains. I'm guessing the seal is shot. Can you buy the seal separate? If so, where?

The front side marker lights are sealed units.

You have to replace the entire unit or just remove the side marker light assembly and re-seal it with epoxy or any RTV. Also, just remove the bulb socket and replace the bulb, the entire unit doesn't have to be removed.

You can buy the side marker light assembly from vendors here on the forum but, they range from around $118-$129.

Thanks, I'll give the RTV a try. Maybe I can find a used one if that doesn't work.

Yeah, I've had my eye out for a used passenger side one for a while. Mine has some small cracks that let in moisture.

Have you ever looked here? I talked with them before by PM. Got a lot of used corvette parts.

Thanks - I'll check that out! I haven't been in a huge rush, so have just been keeping an eye on the parts forum.
