I don't know what quality fix you're looking for, but I've heard that nail polish works VERY well. It won't match perfectly, but will mask it satisfactorily for most people, and it's cheap. Also, if you don't like the look some nail polish remover will take it right off! I've been meaning to try it with some paint chips of my own, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
The nice part about the Langka kit is the blob remover - if you booger up your touch-up, you can use it to clean off the paint and start over.
I tried using Langka a couple of weeks ago. Maybe I did something wrong. It smeared the touch up paint down the side and completely removed it out of the scratch. Guess I need to go clean up the smeared paint and start over. Anyone else have trouble with it?

Go to their web site - they have some more detailed instructions and techniques.
Can anyone give me good recommendations on how to fix it?

The only way you can make a DEEP scratch (below the clearcoat), disappear 100% is to take it to a body shop where they will sand out the scratch and surrounding area, primer to fill in the low areas, wet sand the primer using 400 grit on a stiff foam pad then prepping the entire panel to blend the color from the scratched area onto the original color and then clearing over the entire panel. Color sanding and buffing should also be done. Costs around $500 depending on labor rates.
Minor surface scratches on the clear coat can be buffed out.
take it to a quality paint shop, they if they can they will buff it out, and it will be worth what ever they charge.
my dog scratched up my drivers side door of my new truck and coach works (who have since painted my vette) took out the scratches for free
the scratchs buffed out
It's worth a shot to get the right touchup paint for your car and try it yourself. If you don't like the results, you won't be out more than $20-$30. You may surprise yourself with the results. I've used the Mother's chip repair, which is the same as Langka, and it works very well if you use it within 5-10 minutes of applying the paint. And it's safer than wet sanding.
Here's some before and after pics using touch up paint.
