About the Wave
so here i am driving out to the local electronics store and coming from the other direction is a beautiful steel blue c4.... inside is what looks like an older asian guy wearing a ball cap who seriously needed a shave..... he looked at my car and didn't notice me waving then i stared at em and waved and he nervously waved....... WHATS WITH THIS!? DO NONE OF THE BRITISH COLUMBIA CORVETTE OWNERS KNOW WHAT THE HECK THE WAVE IS?!??!?!?!?!?!?!....................... ......sorry just kinda made me feel odd that this poor uninformed gentleman didn't know what the heck the wave is.... oh well i hope he gets the idea now that i showed em.

I've found among C3 and C4 drivers...the reason 4 out of 5 don't wave is just that....ignorance. (no...i'm NOT gonna go of on SAs and C5s...again). After i meet one that doesn't wave a couple times...and they notice my wave...i'll get a wave back and a smile. :seeya

Some people wave, some don't. I have had people wave at me from other cars and I just know they are vette owners, but not driving it at that time. Then there was this guy who was playing golf and waved at me. Now both of these guys must own vettes or love vettes because they took the time to wave.

Get very few to wave back in this neck of the woods.I think most corvette owners get their car and don't get active in the corvette community. They are just happy doing what they are doing.Found the some to be true with the motorcycle group also.Today there are alot of loners out there :yesnod:

i know but wish more would wave the c3's don't even so much as look at c4's.... today my buddy and i bumped into a black c4 looked like an 85 or so but he just kinda looked at us and didn't wave back.... oh well... later i got a wave from that same buddy who was riding in my car he got his car out and we exchanged waves as we took off..... :lol: atleast someone in BC waves :D

So you guys know...I wave at all Corvettes and I have a C5 :eek: Been doing the sports car wave for many years with other makes. Just came natural with the Vette :yesnod:
I think alot of the later generation Vette owners have to learn the tradition, but a few are just idiots :D

Only a few vettes have wave back here, 1 out of 5 yesterday. That was the most I have seen in one day ever on the roads.
