HVAC controler/programer ?
According to GM service bullentin states 1990 and 1991 C68 climate control programers are not interchangable. The parts book show 90/91 and LT5/L98 programers. What is the differance between the four programers? And why are 90/91 not interchangable?

Beats me (though the '96 is unique to the Vette and costs a ton). I've never seen a Service Bulletin on that particular subject, but most Bulletins usually provide a vague explanation. www.acdelco.com shows 15-71667 for the '90 & '91 only, so if you pop into your local GM dealer, that's probably what you'll get.
