Help with sound
OK, I have this noise I cant find...I ruled out it coming from wife or kids so it must be the car..!!!
Anyway, It's like a whop,whop,whop noise that is in sync with the rpm's. It seems to get fainter when it warms up, leading me to investigate the intake for leaks. It get an increase in psi in the intake after it warms up too, again leading me to a crack in intake or exhaust. But I cant find it if it is. I tried spraying the intake with intake cleaner while it was idling and still cold to see if I could hear it run up on as the cleaner made it's way through a potential crack but I was unsucessful in finding one. Further I believe the exhaust not to be the problem as I had it all off last winter for another issue and the problem noise was there before and after its removal
Any history with this problem? Can someone shed some light please? Thanks in advance
