Default What is this part?

1990 Coupe

Have a small part that is threaded female on one end, with like a switch protruding from it....on the other end is a prong, three prongs. Can't figure out what it's for Came with a bunch of new parts when i bought the car, stuff the previous owner was going to replace.

Obviously it's a 3 pronged female threaded switch.
Hell if I know what it's for.
You're welcome.

You can put before and after the URL of the photo to get it to show up.

That being said, I'm stumped...

Check to see if your brake lights work, don't consider the work.

It looks like the brake light switch. Look up under the dash. When the break pedal is up the brake lever closes the switch, when you depress the brake the switch opens and your brake light come on.
