Do some research. I dont remember the company I ended up getting mine from, (but I am thinking either mid america, or corvette central) but it was no where near 65, and it was real leather, and as nice as most I had seen.
It wasnt customized, just a standard boot, but I bought in a clearance auction.
What year are you looking for and do you want it customized? Auto or stick?

I got "Red&Black w/contrasting thread" to match my scheme. They are a little higher, but if you're going to spend money, why not spend a little more for a good quality product. And, NO, I don't work for them either. Do a search for "Redline" and I believe they give discounts thru this forum.
