I have a 94 tourch red coupe. After having pke issues, I deativated the system. I now have a situation where if you let the driver side window down the door ajar light comes on and you can hear the door locks cycling on anf off?
Any help would be welcomed.

Sounds like the door/ajar switch is sticking. Try pulling the pin out with a pair oof pliers, gently, & use a little lube to see if that helps?
It may be the problem your having with the PKE is related to that darn switch?
